What happens to my credits if a generation fails?: If a generation fails, the credits used are refunded automatically.
Are my uploads and results kept?: Inputs and results are deleted from our servers about 24 hours after your last use, so save the results you need promptly. They are not used for AI training.
Which files can I use?: Images: PNG, JPEG and WebP. Videos: MP4 or MOV (16:9, up to 15 seconds) for Color Trace, and MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI or MKV (up to 500 MB) for Key Pose Extractor.
Can I use NSFW images?: No. Submitting or generating NSFW content is prohibited, and credits purchased for NSFW purposes are non-refundable.
