Article 1 (Service)

This service is a production-assistance tool that generates AI in-between animation from images uploaded by users. It is currently provided as a beta and may be changed or suspended without prior notice.

Article 2 (Accounts)

Use of this service requires sign-in with a Google account. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

Article 3 (Credits)

Video generation consumes credits sold by the Company (1 credit equals 1 second of generation). Credits consumed by a generation that fails for reasons attributable to the Company are refunded automatically. Purchased credits expire six months after purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits purchased for the purpose of generating NSFW content are also not eligible for a refund. All displayed prices include consumption tax.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following conduct is prohibited: submitting or attempting to generate NSFW content (including explicit sexual material, adult content, and other material unsuitable for viewing in a workplace); violating laws or public order and morals; submitting images that infringe third-party intellectual-property, portrait, or other rights; generating content involving the sexual exploitation of children; unauthorized access to or excessive load on the service; and using generated content to harm real persons or organizations. This service does not support NSFW output, and generation using an NSFW image or prompt may fail.

Article 5 (Rights and Responsibility for Outputs)

Users retain the rights to images they submit and may use generated videos freely within these Terms. Users bear all responsibility arising from use of generated content. This service is a production-assistance tool and does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of outputs.

Article 6 (External Services)

This service uses an external AI-generation platform for video processing and Stripe for payments. Submitted images are sent to the external generation platform solely for generation processing.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the service is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the six months preceding the damage, or JPY 30,000 if that total is zero.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. When doing so, it will announce the amended terms and effective date on this page or by another appropriate method at least seven days before the effective date. Amended Terms apply from that date.

The Company collects and uses the following information to provide this service.

Information collected: Google account email address and identifier (for sign-in); credit balance and purchase/use history (to provide the service); generation-job records (for incident response and abuse prevention); and uploaded images and generated videos (for generation and previews).

Credit-card information: Payments are processed by Stripe. The Company does not obtain or store card numbers.

Images and videos: Uploaded images are sent to an external AI-generation platform for video generation. Image and video data on Company servers may be deleted after the period necessary to provide the service. The Company does not use them for other purposes such as AI training.

Disclosure to third parties: Personal information is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
